In 1972, 18 boxes of documents and manuscripts were transferred from the Regional Book Development Cente in Karachi, Pakistan, to the UNESCO Archives. It seems that six of the 18 boxes were later incorporated into AG 7 UNESCO Publications, leaving 12 remaining boxes from the transfer.
