English transcription: This is the 65 meter tower bearing panel radiator FM Antennas for the backbone of Cape Verde's radio network. It was constructed by SWEDTEL in 1980 under the UNESCO/Federal Republic of Germany project for Educational Radio. It now radiates 100 watts FM but is capable of beaming a full 1000 watts covering the entire archipelago.
