English transcription: Festival of Negro Art (30 March - 24 April 1966). Here, a Nigerian funerary monument The Ancestral Family exhibited in the Musée Dynamique to which UNESCO sent a consultant to prepare an exhibition as part of the Festival programme.
French transcription: Festival des Arts négres (30 Mars - 24 Avril 1966). Ici, monument funéraire du Nigeria "Le culte des Ancêtres" exposé au Musée Dynamique de Dakar où l'UNESCO avait envoyé un consultant chargé de préparer une exposition dans le cadre de ce Festival.
Description: In this funerary monument, can be seen three bodies in their entirety. In addition other eight heads can be seen. The central piece looks to be a woman. On both her sides the other two bodies can be seen. At the feet of each of the body, sits a head. Other four heads are sitting on the top. The last head sits on the head of the central piece on something that looks like a crown.
