English transcription: Under UNRWA's school health programme, comprehensive medical examinations and necessary treatment are given to children at school entry. Other pupils receive medical attention when required. All children attending UNRWA/UNESCO schools are also given reinforcing inmunization against diphtharia, sic tetanus, typhoid, smallpox and tuberculosis. Here, a young Palestine refugee pupil receives a check-up at the UNRWA girls school in Zarqa camp (registered refufee population 11,000), near Amman, in east Jordan.
