The United Nations Development Programme has concluded an agreement with the Government to assist it in its plans to strenghten and expand the Faculty by supplying experts, fellowships and equipment in order to increase the technical level of education, according to the needs of industry, to introduce new fields of study and to train the teaching staff. To illustrate the International Year of Disabled Persons, UNESCO is staging an exhibition showing the life of the handicapped around the world. These photographs have been provided by UNESCO National Commissions, United Nations agencies, specialized associations and free-lance photographers.
