English transcription: SENEGAL - Dakar - 1969. UNESCO Pilot Project for the Production of Audio-Visual Materials. One of the particular applications of this project is in rural areas where educational broadcasts are produced. The farmers are consulted, listen to recent radio programmes or discuss their problems in front of the microphone. In return, they receive advice and direction which contributes to a more rational and profitable production. From left to right, Mr. Nar Diop and Mr. M. Bourgeois, France, expert of UNESCO in the radio studio.
French transcription: Senegal - Dakar - 1969. Projet-pilote de l'UNESCO pour la production de matériel audio-visuel. Ce projet trouve son aboutissement particulièrement en zone rurale où des émissions éducatives sont réalisées. Les paysans sont consultés, discutent de leurs problèmes devant le micro ou de la dernière émission. Avis et directives leur sont donnés, contribuant ainsi à un travail plus rationnel et plus rentable. Ici, au studio, de g. à dr. M. Nar Diop et M. M. Bourgeois France, expert de l'UNESCO.
