The subseries consists of agreements signed between Unicef, UNESCO, and member states. The archivists' attempt to group them together here in this subseries was not continued and so older and more recent similar agreements can be found filed under technical assistance subseries by country. The agreements are often addenda to earlier basic agreements signed between Unicef and the countries, and/ or the countries and the Technical Assistance Board, representing different UN agencies. In these cases, the original agreements are not necessarily to be found in the Legal Instruments Collection and were likely deposited at UN headquarters.

Subseries consists of outgoing correspondence from 1965-1970 and incoming correspondence from 1969-1970. The outgoing correspondence is arranged alphabetically within the files which are then arranged by year. Incoming correspondence follows the ougoing correspondence and follows the same pattern.

Les accords sont classés par état membre ou organisation, sauf pour les accords sur l’établissement des bureaux de programmes, qui se trouve dans les dossiers à part. Les accords sont également classés séparément quand il y a plusieurs signataires (ie. un accord signé par l’OMM et l’ICSU se trouve dans un dossier particulier au lieu d’être classé dans le dossier OMM).

Subseries consists of the request for admission, memorandum, and declaration submitted to the Director-General from the German Democratic Republic. There are also several letters of transmission. The Archives staff registered these in the series as special documents.
