Subseries consists of typescript of oral presentation of the Legal Advisor, M. Claude Lussier, before the 88th Session of the Executive Board on the matter of the Participation of China in the execution of the programme. The speech is published almost verbatim in the Summary Records of the 88th Session with only minor variations in phrasing. There are also memoranda on its transfer to Archives. The Archives staff registered these records in the series as special documents.

This experiment uses the first satellite capable of broadcasting television programmes directly to community recerivers. It was developed by the United States and is on loan to India for one year from August 1975. All programming is done by India and UNESCO helped in training programme producers. English transcription: By 1953, the United Nations Korean Reconstruction Agency (UNKRA) had allocated nearly $8,500,000 to rebuild South Korea's educational system. This year, if enough funds are forthcoming, the Agency plans to spend another $2,675,000 for the same purpose. Some 300,000 textbooks have been bought for the drive against illiteracy. More than 3,000 tons of paper have been imported to print 38,000,000 textbooks. The Government of Korea and the United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) worked with UNKRA on a textbook printing plant near Seoul. This plant, which is now completed, will open on 16 September. It is expected that the plant will turn out 15,000,000 textbooks by the end of the year.
