Teaching with the aid of phonograph records is part of the programme of audio-visual section of Peru’s new Central Normal School at Chosica, 25 miles from Lima. Manuel Vera, who studied for one year at the University of Wisconsin in the United States of America under a UNESCO Technical Assistance fellowship, is now Director of this section.
