English transcription: This International Centre for Theoretical Physics, operated jointly by UNESCO and the International Atomic Energy Agency, each year offers to over 500 scientists, mostly from the developing countries, the use of its facilities which include lectures in the amphitheatre by some of the "greats" of modern physics.
French transcription: Le Centre international de physique théorique, créé conjointement par l'UNESCO et l'Agence internationale pour l'énergie atomique, permet, chaque année, à plus de 500 savants venant pour la plupart de pays en voie de développement, de travailler et d'entendre dans l'amphithéâtre des conférences qui leur sont faites par les "as" de la physique moderne.
