Exchange of letters between UNESCO and the World Meteorological Organization (WMO) concerning the working agreement establishing long-term cooperation in the field of hydrology

File contains originals and copies of letters exchanged regarding the Working Agreement on the Long-Term Cooperation in the Field of Hydrology between the Secretariats of UNESCO and WMO. The file also contains a printed exchange of emails wherein the UNESCO Office of International Standards and Legal Affairs confirms that it considers the letters to constitute a legal instrument.
