Description: Outdoors, under a thatched roof, are 8 men 4 - in traditional dress - seated on the ground around a pile of soil, and surrounded by numerous scattered and piled up clay pots; 2 men - in western-style dress - apparently demonstrating to those seated how the pots are to be filled; and 2 other men, mostly hidden. In the background are many small clay pots that seem to be baking in the sun.
