The new building was entirely financed by the Government of Niger and its audio-visual material, was for the greater part, provided by UNESCO. An outdoor screen (at left) has been constructed as part of the Centre for the projection of films and filmstrips to large audiences to obtain their reaction before being distributed on a large scale.
