This subseries consists only of contract for Torres Bodet. It was registered as a legal instrument (or special document) by Archives staff, whereas other contracts can be found in personnel files.

Subseries contains English and French versions of Statutes and Interim Arrangements documents. For each language version, the two documents are stapled together with a signature page at the end.

United Nations Technical Assistance Conferences

Subseries contains certified true copies of the final acts from the United Nations Technical Assistance Conferences from 1950 to 1955. Although a code was left blank (A/34/5) there are notes in the file indicating that UNESCO did not receive a copy from the fifth conference which took place in 1954. Filed in the acts are letters from the UN Legal Counsel indicating that they are transmitting certified true copies.
