The Communiqué was produced as part of an Official Visit of the Director General to Chad 30 March - 2 April 2012. The file also contains the original transfer memorandum from DIR/AFR/CEP to the Archives for both this communiqué and the joint communiqué with Angola A/1074.

This counting frame allows the pupils to learn about units, tens, hundreds and thousands which is very important for the village - planters who are often undersold when they sell their cotton.
