The main component of this fond are the archives and records of Field Offices, Institutes and Centres which have already been transferred to the UNESCO Archives.

It further includes information about the archival holdings which are kept by the Field Units themselves (inventories, lists, questionnaires, descriptions etc.).

About some of the the Field Offices, Institutes and Centres information material as brochures, historical descriptions etc. is available.
